Opening the Era of Graphene Chemical Materials
Graphene Square Chemical was founded in 2017 under the name of "Biographene" based on the patents transferred from Seoul National University and Graphene Square. After changing its name to Graphene Square Chemical in 2023, we started developing battery and wearable materials and pioneering healthcare applications including graphene FET-based fast diagnosis sensors, etc.

Graphene Square Chemical is specialized in the synthesis and applications of graphene nano-platelets (GNPs), graphene oxides (GOs), and graphene quantum dots (GQDs).
Graphene Chemical Materials Production
Graphene Square Chemical has technology to mass-produce various graphene chemical materials such as graphene plate nanoplatelets (1 to 6 micrometers), graphene oxide (1 to less than 1 micrometer), and graphene quantum dots (10 nanometers or less).
Battery and Wearable Applications
We develop and produce wearable materials including cooling, heat generation and anti-bacterial functions, including applications of battery cathode materials and conductive materials for graphene flakes, and catalyst applications for hydrogen production
In addition to developing candidate materials for treatment of incurable diseases using graphene chemicals, healthcare applications such as rapid disease diagnosis sensors using graphene transistor technology and thermal treatment devices are being developed.Biomedical and Healthcare Applications
